Welcome to a new type of physical therapy

True restoration happens when the body feels safe

Traditional physical therapy often focuses entirely on the mechanics of the body, muscles, joints, and bones. But pain, tension, and dysfunction are intimately connected to the state of your nervous system.

When the nervous system is overwhelmed or constantly in a state of fight-or-flight, the body cannot adapt or heal. By slowing down and addressing the nervous system first, we create an environment where physical healing can occur naturally and sustainably.

Patient-Centered Approach

Dr. Powers helps your body calm, recover, and rebuild at a pace it can handle. His approach combines:

Autonomic quieting

helping your nervous system relax so your body can heal

Energy pacing strategies

guiding daily activity to avoid crashes and build steady progress

Specialized rehabilitation techniques

for balance, dizziness, and other complex symptoms

The goal is simple: create a safe foundation so your body can heal naturally and progress steadily, without pushing beyond what it can handle.

Empowering Patients, Educating Providers

Dr. Powers is a dynamic teacher, with an excitement and passion for sharing knowledge and helping other healthcare professionals understand how to navigate and treat complex health conditions.

He has taught at local, state, national, and international events to a variety of healthcare professionals and patient groups. He especially enjoys teaching in hands-on workshop settings.
